What is i-pen Mouse?
i-pen Mouse is a pen-shaped mouse for PC that allows natural writing just like using a real pen. Utilizing the latest optical navigation technology, i-pen is lightweight, durable, and accurate. With i-pen Mouse, user can perform natural handwriting to do more creative work or special task that was previously impossible with a mouse. i-pen Mouse is designed to work in "mouse mode" for fast point-and-click action and also in "pen mode" for writing and drawing actions. Two modes can be changed manually with switch of the button. Especially, because it requires very small surface to write on, it is very ideal for laptop users and perfect for places where limited workspace is allowed.

Do I need a special pad or paper to use i-pen Mouse?
i-pen Mouse works on almost any surfaces except for transparent or glossy surfaces. The performance of the i-pen Mouse depends on the pattern and surface condition. Our tests show that i-pen Mouse works best on surfaces that has regular pattern.

What is the optical navigation technology?
It is our patented technology that has been designed for three types of i-pen. By combining the new optical sensor technology with the new imaging system, the relative direction and distance of any horizontal motions can be measured, and also the proximity detection or mousehover is made possible. Because of the optical navigation technology, i-pen Mouse is small and light-weight just like a real pen and it can be used on most surfaces without special pad or paper.

Can I write just like a real pen?
Only i-pen Memory comes with a replaceable ball-point pen tip. i-pen Mouse has plastic pen tip. However, you still can get the feel of a real pen with i-pen Mouse.

How long does ipen pro take to charge fully?
You should charge it until the light on the cradle become green. When you just buy the ipen, i recommend you to charge 3-4 hours.

How do I uninstall i-Pen Driver?

There are two ways
1) Click Start>All Programs>Finger System>Uninstall
2) Go to MY Computer>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Select Fingersystem Ipen Drivers>Uninstall

Can i-Pen used in any kind of surface?

Pretty much Yes~! However, it cannot be used in white paper or glasses. We highly recommend you to use it with pad we included for the best result.

When I try to install ipen driver it gives me an error saying ‘ it has not passed windows logo sign ' . Is there any risk by installing driver?

If a warning message may pop up as shown in the diagramsbelow,when installing the i-pen Mouse driver. The warning message pops up because the driver is new and has not yet received the Microsoft certificate for driver compatibility. We are currently in the process of acquiring the certificate within a short time. You may ignore the warning message and continue with the installation. The driver and softwares will not damage your system.

Do I need to upgrade i-Pen driver? How do i know what version I have?
